根据欧盟Erasmus+奖学金项目通知，我院再次获得3个学生全额奖学金名额，将选拔、推荐3名学生于2018年春季学期赴土耳其伊斯坦布尔文化大学（IKU）参加交换学习。该项目申请现已开始。有关交换学习的具体信息如下：
According to Application Call for Erasmus+ Study Mobility (IKU), 3 QTC students shall be nominated for spring semester, 2018 to study in Turkey Istanbul KültürUniversity. Application Call for Erasmus+ Study Mobility (IKU) has opened. Seebelow for details:
一、 交换学习时间：
Study Period
2018年1月起，约1学期
One semester fromJanuary 2018
二、 交换学习内容：

学生可自行选择土耳其伊斯坦布尔文化大学提供的英语授课的专业，跨专业选课及交换学习结束后的学分互认互换等相关事宜需经各二级院部专业指导委员会研究认可。可选专业如下：

四、 报名条件：
Requirements
1. 限我院在校生。
QTC students only
2. 有较好的英语基础。
Top grades and highEnglish proficiency
3. 综合素质强，心理素质好，善于沟通，积极参与各项公益活动，具有较高的团队素养。
High comprehensive quality, stable psychological endurance, spirit of teamwork, good communication skills and activelyparticipate in all kinds of volunteer works.
4. 无考试不及格现象，综合素质评价较好。
Pass all the exams and get a high scorein the comprehensive quality assessment.
五、 选拔与管理
Selection and Management
1. 国际处将于2017年11月27日在综合实训楼1005室进行赴土耳其伊斯坦布尔文化大学（IKU）Erasmus+奖学金项目现场答疑。
Information session will be held on Nov. 27th, 2017, in Room 1005, Administrative Building.
2. 学生自愿报名，每个二级院部限报五名。经二级院部选拔后，依据选拔排名填写《面试名单》（详见附件一）及报名申请表（详见附件二），所有表格需用中英双语填写，评分标准详见面试名单。请各二级院部积极宣传，安排专人负责该项目的选拔及后续管理工作，并于2017年11月30日前将汇总后的《面试名单》（命名：学院+面试名单）及《报名申请表》（命名：学院+专业+姓名+报名申请表）电子版打包发送至gjc@qtc.edu.cn，纸版经二级学院签章后报送综合实训楼10楼1005国际处。
Five applicants shall be recommended from each school.See Attachment 1 for assessment criteria. Please fill in the Interview List (Attachment1) and Application Form (Attachment 2) in both Chinese and English. Theelectronic Interview List and Application Form should be submitted to gjc@qtc.edu.cnby Nov. 30th, 2017 and the hard copy with the seal should be submittedto International Office (Room 1005, 10th floor, Administrative Building).
3. 参加此项目的学生须按照《青岛职业技术学院学生出国（境）管理办法》办理相关校内手续。
Applicants for this project should obey QTC Regulationof Students Overseas Study.
4. 国际处汇总《面试名单》后，会同相关部门，择期举行全英文面试选拔。
Interview will be held by International Office and other relevant departments. Interview date will be announced later.
