QTC’s first Indonesian Luban-Mozi College (Sailun Group) Chinese-language training programme was successfully begun this month, signalling a new phase in the tripartite partnership among QTC, PT Sailun Indonesia, and ATK. The initiative drew wide attention from official and mainstream Indonesian outlets: the Ministry of Industry’s Instagram account ran a feature titled Chinese Class is Open!, while leading media such as Star and Jogja also reported on the project.
Aligned with the Shandong Provincial Department of Education’s plan for overseas Luban-Mozi College, QTC co-founded the Indonesian Luban-Mozi College (Sailun Group) with Sailun and its Indonesian academic partners in November 2024. This language-centred programme is a concrete step in implementing the principle of “education follows industry, colleges advance with enterprises”, and directly serves the localization needs of a leading Chinese multinational. By equipping Indonesian students with Chinese proficiency and upgraded vocational skills, the course prepares them for future roles inside Sailun’s Indonesian operations while offering a replicable model for supporting other Chinese enterprises abroad.
As the Belt and Road Initiative enters its second golden decade, vocational-education internationalization faces unprecedented opportunities. QTC will continue to refine its systems, strengthen resource guarantees, and optimise the operating environment to raise both educational quality and service effectiveness. By building a down-to-earth, high-impact Luban-Mozi College brand, QTC aim to improve livelihoods across Belt and Road partner countries and meet the needs of overseas Chinese enterprises, injecting vocational-education strength into the cultivation of globally minded, highly skilled technical talent.
