A group of 3 headed by President of Institute of Technology, Tralee (ITT) Dr. Oliver Murphy came to visit QTC May 10th, holding an in-depth discussion with QTC leaders in terms of international exchanges and joint programs, hoping to extend their partnership to a wider area.

Dr. Oliver Murphy thought highly of the ongoing joint program between QTC and his institute. The Ireland government greatly encouraged the education institutions to cooperate with China’s vocational colleges, he added.

During his visit, the two side also reached some preliminary intention with regard to academic exchange, teachers exchange as well as short term internship of QTC students in Ireland etc.

Dr. Oliver Murphy also met and talked with the QTC students enrolled in the joint program between QTC and ITT.
