The Third Northeast Asia Vision 21 Scholarship awarding ceremony was held at QTC on April 19, during which 13 of the college's Korean program students received their the scholarship from Korea. The scholarship sponsors from Korea, QTC leader President Qin Chuan presented the ceremony.

The Chairman of scholarship council Professor Mo Sejong, on the awarding ceremony, reviewed the cooperation between his team and QTC, and thought positively of the great success QTC achieved in its international exchanges and cooperation, and also expressed his hopes to further the cooperation with the college.

During the visit of the Korean scholarship delegation, a series of celebrating activities were held, including Korean books presenting, art performances, etc.

Till now, 34 of QTC students have benefited from the scholarship.
