Chief Executive Dr. Pim Borren from Southbank Institute of Technology, Australia visited QTC on March 12-13, discussing further with QTC top leaders the cooperation between the two parties.

QTC leaders Party Secretary Liu Pengzhao and President Qin Chuan respectively received and talked with the guests. After an in-depth discussion, the two sides signed a memorandum covering teachers training, students exchanges and joint programs etc.
