At the end of the Autumn semester and before the Chinese lunar new year, President Qin Chuan held a special talk to show his care to the college's service and support staff including security guard, cooks, sanitation workers etc, appreciating their dedication to the college in the past year.

After expressing his thanks, Qin, in his talk, was happy to have them as the college members and would like to help them solve more existing problems. During the meeting, the staff reps also exchanged their own feelings and suggestions for the college's development. (By Li Chengji)
