On December 27th, 2012, QTC convened a specialized conference focusing on enhancing its teaching team. Including the college leaders, over 130 of the college staff participated in the day long meeting.

On his themed report, President Qin Chuan concluded the college's teaching team building in the past year both in terms of the promoting measures and the achievements obtained. He also pointed out 8 problems to be urgently settled. When elaborating the issues concerning Teachers, Dual Quality Teachers and Teachers Development, he emphasized that the college shall build up its own mechanism for teachers development, optimized environment, carefully planning, and curriculum etc.

The conference also included some cases of study shares among the schools, workshops on the president's report and exchanges.

Secretary Liu Pengzhao made a conclusion speech, emphasizing the importance of teaching, teachers and students at the college, and the college would lay great emphasis on the teaching team development.(by Li Chengji)
