QTC held ceremony November 20 to appoint the 4th batch of student assistants to its president and vice presidents.

The Appointing Ceremony

After an announcement of QTC appointing notice, President Qin Chuan awarded the appointing letters to the 6 newly selected students. In the following talk, Qin, after congratulating the students, gave his hopes for them by 3 key words: responsibility, mission, and communication, saying the job of assistants was not only a kind of honor but a responsibility as well, and hoped they could become the efficient communication bridge between the college leaders and the students.
