October 16, QTC student Zhang Ming beat all his competitors and topped the speaking contest held in Japan's Okayama University of Science.

The second session of its kind, the speaking contest this year attracted 10 contestants from 7 countries and regions, and Zhang Ming, as one of the four Chinese students who have won respectively in their own colleges, guided under his teacher Du Xiaoping, gave a sucessful speech titledMy Proud Qingdao.
