A special forum themed with "3+2" mode education was held at the local secondary vocational school on November 16.

President Qin attended the meeting and addressed the audience including the municipal education bureau leaders, and leaders from the secondary schools. Focusing on how to look at, implement and think over the 2 consecutive years study of the secondary schools students after their 3 years study there, Qin employed 8 key words to conclude his address: philosophy, development, standard, quality, mechanism, connection, change, and resources.
