The newly appointed Waiariki Institute of Technology (WIT) CEO Dr. Margaret Noble paid her visit to QTC on October 24.

QTC Secretary Liu Pengzhao and President Qin Chuan met and talked with her respectively, pleasantly looking back what the two sides had cooperatively achieved. They both believed that, on the basis of the achievements, their partnership would be further enhanced by forming more platforms, augmenting propaganda, expanding cooperative fields, promoting more exchanges between their teachers and students etc.

Taking her office beginning in October 1st this year, Dr. Margaret Noble has a rich experience in international cooperation, who believing that she has a full expect of the two sides' cooperation.
