The Qingdao West Coast Pre-School Education Alliance was officially inaugurated at QTC on October 24.

Including QTC, the local overseeing government department, and kindergartens as its initial members, the Alliance centers on cooperation, complementation, brand building, and featured development.

After the opening ceremony, Louise,the dean of Community Service and Health Science of Red River College gave a speech on how to cooperate with the preschool education institutes in the communities to the attendance.

Experts on pre-school education and kindergarten principals attended the discussion regarding cooperation and innovation for preschool education.

The founding of the alliance is a new mode and mechanism on the basis of mutual benefits of college, government and kindergartens, which will definitely promote the new development of the preschool education in the area. (By Li Chengji)
