QTC President Qin Chuan headed the college's delegation group to attend the China Annual Conference for International Education (CACIE), 2012 in Beijing from October 18 to 22.

With endorsement of China Ministry of Education and organized by China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE), the CACIE, 2012 this year hold Cooperation, Commitment, Contribution, Reciprocation as its theme, and comprises three events: forum, expo, and workshops.

In addition to all the activities of the conference, QTC also attended the training session specially organized for Overseas Leadership Program to be held respectively in US and Germany in the next half of this years. Qin was invited to give a speech focusing on QTC's successful international cooperation practice on the meeting.

Beginning in 2000, the annual CACIE in October has become "a high level platform with the multifunction of policy consultation, academic & information exchange, exhibition, networking and program development".
