QTC President Qin Chuan was elected October 22 Member of Chinese-foreign Cooperation Commission, China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE).

As a national commission focusing on Chinese-foreign cooperation, it will play its roles in the fields of quality guarantee, consultancy, resources development, training, research, and overseas exchange and cooperation. The commission can also conduct the authentication of qualification for international cooperation.

CEAIE President Zhang Xinsheng talked on the inauguration meeting of the commission, saying the commission would employ international criteria and experts for its authentication for a purpose of further lifting the education quality of international cooperative programs.
