President Qin Chuan met October 22 the visiting guests from Red River College (RRC), Canada.

Qin talked with RRC visiting group headed by Dean of Health Sciences and Community Services Louise Gordon regarding joint program, shared curriculum, teachers and students exchange etc, and reached a cooperative intention. They both expected to further form a cooperative framework agreement on basis of a deeper mutual understanding of each other's education orientation and targets.

Invited by QTC, the RRC visiting group will attend the 2nd Conference of Cooperative Alliance in Vocational Colleges to be held at QTC Wednesday.
