Secretary Liu Pengzhao headed a QTC visiting group October 15 to 17 to the college's partnership colleges in the western China province Guizhou.

Secretary Liu successively went to Tongren Polytechnic College and Vocational and Technical College of Anshun for an exchange, where he was welcomed and appreciated for QTC's long-term assistance. He communicated with the two college's leaders in terms of education philosophy, strategy, students recruitments and management etc.

Mr. Liu also thought positively of the two college's achievements recently, and delivered his congratulations for the two college's coming anniversary, saying QTC would endeavor to continue its cooperation with its west counterparts and would further expand their cooperative fields to reap mutual benefits.
