October 17, Mr. Lin Zuoping, the Standing Committee Member and Deputy Secretary-General of the China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE) inspected QTC during his invited presence of the national Japanese Language Skills Contest organized by the college.

President Qin Chuan introduced to Mr. Lin QTC, especially in terms of its international cooperation and exchange, with whose company, Lin also toured the college's campus-based training centers.

Lin thought positively of QTC's achievements, saying CEAIE would give its continuous care and support to the college and hoped QTC would achieve more successes for its int'l cooperation and exchange.
