QTC president Qin Chuan, companied by the college's International Office director Mr. Xie Jinling, began September 27 to 29 his visit to Germany, also the last stop of the European trip.
They first came to the Cologne based headquarter of Carl Duisberg Centren (CDC), where they talked with its responsible persons regarding the QTC undertaken project of overseas leadership training for China vocation education. Qin especially proposed the training project consist of students practical training management, teaching quality management and assessment, and students service etc.
During the talk, the QTC delegation also introduced the college's key international projects and programs, involving training programs for China MOE, international students from South Korea, Canada, and Japan, as well as Chinese teaching etc. And they both agreed to further explore the programs in several areas, including collaboratively holding a Germany hosted training in China, organizing German middle school students to China for tour and study, and attributing to the Qingdao China-Germany Ecological Industrial Park being constructed etc.
Founded in 1962, Carl Duisberg Centren is a leading service enterprise in the area of international training and qualification. Over the past 4 decades, CDC has provided the training and service for more than 50 countries in terms of professional technology, economic administration, public administration, and higher education etc.
On September 28, Qin also paid a special visit to the Berlin located German Museum of Technology and Humboldt University, where they learned a great on how to construct QTC's own technical museum and further improve its education.
