Big Achievements Reaped during QTC's Austrian Visit

After the visiting of Ireland, QTC President Qin Chuan continued September 25 to 26 his invited visit to Austria.

Within the two days trip, he headed the QTC group and respectively visited University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien, Austrian-China Cultural Exchange Association and University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna, reaching a lot of agreement intentions.

On the first day, Qin talked with President of University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien Mr. Fritz Schmoellebeck and agreed on a wide range of cooperative intention regarding teachers and students exchanges, train the trainer program, and mutual visits etc. The two presidents promised to keep in touch to further prefect the detailed cooperative and exchange scheme and thus to sign the agreement ASAP.

That day in the afternoon, Qin went on with his visit to Mr. Chang Kai, Chairman of Austrian-China Cultural Exchange Association, expressing his appreciation to Chang's contribution to QTC.

Qin's last visit was University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna, where its president Mr. Andreas Breinbauer gave his delegation a warm reception, saying Qin's visit was the first Chinese delegation ever since the founding of the university, a renowned one for its small class teaching and international exchanges. The talk between them enhanced their mutual understanding and the desire to establish a cooperative relation.

The two top university leaders both also pleasantly accepted Qin's invitation rendered to them for visiting Qingdao at their convenience, and hoped to build up substantial partnership with QTC at an earlier time. (By Li Chengji)
