Hosted by the college's CPC Committee, Qingdao Technical College News was officially launched September 15, beginning an all new propaganda channel for the college.

The semimonthly newspaper will focus on the college achievements of its reform and development, the campus life, information communication, and cultural exchanges, with a purpose to widen the visions of its staff and students. (By Li Chengji)
