In forms of lecturing, discussing, Q&A, case study, testing and even games, Qin conveyed to the 14 newcomers what he advocated in developing one's professional career. He laid stress on scientifically choosing their targets and giving them an effective management, and also asked the listeners to give an in-depth thinking and discussion on several important issues concerning vocational education, including whether via overcoming the shortcomings or making full use of the advantages to propel a college or vocational education, the difference between "do right things" or "do things right" etc. He further required the new teachers to possess a dialectical and innovative thinking mode, and self confidence.
