On August 30, a forum on articulation between secondary and higher vocational education was held at QTC. Two secondary vocaitonal schools Qingdao Development Zone Secondary Vocational School and Qingdao Business School came to the forum, talking with QTC leaders and program managers on education cooperation.

On the forum, five QTC programs inclusive of Mechanical and Electrical Integration, Numerical Control, Logistics, Hospitality, Environment Art Design, were respectively introduced by their leaders. QTC President Qin Chuan, in his talk, pointed out the articlulation of both needed an all-round connection, involving programs, curriculum, teachers, and students, and the education target should be definite, solid and foresighted. The 3+2 (3 years of studying in secondary schools,while 2 years at QTC) mode of articluation required more breakthroughs and innovation so as to possess its own features, he further said.
