QTC started an induction training for its newly employed staff of this year on August 30.

On the openining ceremony, Secretary Liu Pengzhao gave the 14 new employees the first class, focusing on the college's general information, higher vocational development, the college's new working emphasis, Skilled and Moral students training as well as how to integrate promptly into the college, and the like. As for the working reqiurement, he specially emphasized the spirit of Unity, Standard, Strict, Respect, Communication, Inclusiveness. Liu thought positively of the new teachers' comprehensive qualities and hoped they valued the work opportunity and continuously improved themselves.

In forms of lectures, reports etc, the yearlong training will be conducted in 3 different stages: the concentrated training, individual work-integrated training and conclusion. (By Li Chengji)
