QTC specially held a meeting August 23 to summarize its young teachers training in Hong Kong.

The trainees, combining their own professions, respectively reported what they had reaped during the two weeks training in Hong Kong. They greatly cherished the opportunity of studying in Hong Kong and hoped they could convert what they had learned into valuable scientific research topics to further guide their future work.

The Report Meeting

Their QTC tutors, after listening to their reports, rendered their advice for their scientific researches, some of which include fully taking into account QTC, sharing with each other their achievements, and focusing more on the maneuverability and pragmaticality etc.

Qin Talked on the Meeting

President Qin Chuan also attended the report and thought highly of the training in terms of broad information, properly targeted scientific research, and closely combination of QTC and personal research etc. He also gave his own expectation to the trainees, hoping they could deeply integrate what they had listened, seen and learned into their real work, and learn from the successful cases to grasp properly the root reasons of problems.

With regard to the next target of the training class, he further mentioned, each should have a clear and personal development plan and know what the college and even the nation would do in terms of further development. (By Li Chengji)
