From August 21 to 23, QTC held a meeting themed with Teaching Management and Students Service.

President Qin Chuan attended the meeting and lectured to the deans and directors of the college. In his 32 thousand-word-lecture, Qin elaborated his views, focusing on the questions in 5 aspects, including how to reinforce the awareness of responsibility and mission, how to view the relationship between training targets and the implementing methods, how to understand higher vocational education, how to understand the college's new working focusThree Emphases, Two Improvementsand its coping strategies, and how to enhance the work efficiency in terms of its system, overallness, coordination and procedure.

Qin's Giving His Lecture

He mentioned in his lecture, the college, to promote its further development, will apply ISO9000 quality system authentication, accelerate its informatization and brand programs construction, enhance its programs' roles in industries, further improve its teaching and training management abilities and its programs' service capacity, build its own hidden curriculum, reform its inner management system, and integrate its teaching management and students service etc.

After his lecture, the attendants, concentrating on the lecture, held a discussion, expressing their own understandings and opinions on the college's teaching management and student service. Qin also exchanged his ideas with the listeners via a Q&A session.
