A member of the standing council of CEAIE International Exchange Center for Vocational Education, QTC was invited to attend its meeting themed with international cooperation and exchange in Qiqihar, Heilongjiang from July 31 to August 2. President Qin Chuan, on behalf of QTC, made a speech on the meeting, focusing on QTC’s successful practice in internationalizing its vocational education.
