Headed by Deputy Secretary Liu Jiamin, a QTC visiting group including 6 people went to Japan for a cooperative visit beginning from July 31.
Focusing on IT service outsourcing, Deputy Secretary Liu talked July 31st with Japan's SoftBrain Offshore Co., Ltd in its Tokyo's headquarter in terms of the standard, language skills etc. and agreed to further enhance their cooperation. The two sides also discussed the details concerning QTC's students going to its headquarter to receive practical training.
Softbrain Offshore has many important products such as e-Sales Manager, e-Project Manager, e-General Manager, e-Field Service Manage etc, and set up its Qingdao branch in 2006.

On August 1st, Deputy Secretary Liu came to visit Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics, where he toured the campus and talked with its president Yoichi Terashita who introduced the college in terms of its educational concepts, student employment and the like. To further enhance the exchange and cooperation, the two sides also signed a friendly agreement.

While on August 2nd at KAKE Educational Institution's Kurashiki University of Science and the Arts, Liu talked with its leaders in details about the "3+2" mode for QTC's Animation and Arts students to study in Japan, and reached an intention to conduct mutual exchanges for teachers and students. During the talk, Deputy Secretary Liu conveyed his appreciation to KAKE's support to QTC's Japanese speaking competition.
