July 18, President of Australian Institute of Commerce & Technology (AICT) Mr. Ethan Hong Fu came to QTC for an exchange and cooperative visit.

Deputy Secretary Liu Jiamin and the college's International Office talked with the guest in terms of IT cooperation, and reached a preliminary intention to fully utilize the two sides' resources and jointly conduct IT talents training by setting up the first IT Microsoft Training and Testing Center in Qingdao.

President Ethan Hong Fu also visited QTC's IT training facilities including the service outsourcing training project being constructed and the on-campus training centers.
