June 4th, QTC held its 3rd regular meeting of the year for its CPC Committee work on the Masses, highlighting the good relationship between the party members and the mass staff, and especially exerting the leading role of CPC members in improving the campus culture.

On the meeting, the secretaries of the schools' CPC branches introduced the recent ideological and working developments of their staff and students, which, according to them, have taken a positive effect under the college's new measures for improving the campus culture.

College leaders Secretary Liu Pengzhao, President Qin Chuan respectively talked on the meeting, requesting the party members including both the teaching staff members and the student ones playing their leading roles in the college's key work and projects. President Qin emphasized the importance of unity in the current development, while Secretary Liu proposed to lay stress on improvement of party members' leading role, political awareness and the college's scientific researches.
