On May 22 at night, President Qin Chuan inspected the college at the north gate and talked with the staff being on duty.

To guarantee a safer and sound campus, QTC promulgated a trial regulation in May concerning its leaders' inspection on the safety and security of the campus especially during the weekdays' night time, while the president and the party secretary will effect their inspection at irregular intervals.

According to the regulation, the college's leaders including vice presidents, deputy secretary, discipline inspection committee secretary, will do some field investigation in the college concerning its teaching, student management, staff's working and ideological status, and students' all kinds of activities.

To further and better implement the regulation, the college's schools and departments also set up their own matched inspection system.

Referring to the regulation, the college aims to convert the inspection of its campus and daily teaching and studying activities into a routine job, hoping to find more already existing problems to be urgently solved and hence to improve the entire teaching and training surroundings.

"Actions speak louder than words, without which there will be no so called best college, students or even teaching staff; it's crucial for us to do consecutive concluding work and forge our own action plan", emphasized Liu Pengzhao, the college's CPC Committee Secretary in a meeting held recently. And President Qin Chuan pointed out that the inspection regulation and system would enhance further the college's love to the students, create a more comfortable environment for the students and provide more quality resources to the students.
