28th April, through the joint efforts of the leaders and the faculty from the QTC based Qingdao Technical Museum (QTM),Bo Wen, the bulletin of Qingdao Technology Museum, was officially published for the first time. After reading the bulletin, Dr. Shi Zhongjian wrote an inscription Rare Voice of Big Sound with pleasure to encourage the editors.

Bo Wenis published bimonthly, consisting of eight modules, namely, Work Briefing of Qingdao Technology Museum; Museums' Policies and Regulations; Marvelous Museum; the Concise Explanations of Collections; The Introduction and Protection of Cultural Heritage; The Forum of Museum; Bimonthly Art Exhibition; Social Services of Qingdao Technical Museum. It is aimed at publicizing the laws and rules of museums, and introducing the knowledge of museums＇construction and exhibition collections with the purpose of providing guidelines and directions for the establishment of Qingdao Technical Museum.

The publication of Bo Wenis one of the most important contents in the year of 2012's constructive work at Qingdao Technical Museum, and also the starting point in the academic researches of the Technical Museum. It offers a mirror towards the information of museums to the public, and it is believed that it will play a key role in different aspects, such as museums' establishment, researches and designs of collections, and improvements of the college's training and exhibitions.
