The third teachers' training session for national service outsourcing skills tests (NSO), hosted by the State Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, started days ago in Suzhou. During the session, Qingdao Service Outsourcing Talents Training Company of QTC was awarded to be the Qingdao Operation Center for NSO.

Qingdao Operation Center for NSO, the only testing administration agency for service outsourcing skills tests in Qingdao, is responsible for the organization, administration, training and implementation of service outsourcing skills tests as well as the verification and certificate issuing in Qingdao area. The establishment of Qingdao Operation Center for NSO will greatly promote the service outsourcing training work in Qingdao and the curriculum reform in universities while checking up the service outsourcing talents training work here in Qingdao.

The NSO testing system is divided into four categories with more than forty testing programs, covering the relevant fields of ITO, BPO, and KPO The tests are held four times a year and provide the professional qualification for the service outsourcing industry.
