QTC joined Another International Organization

QTC was recently approved to join Tertiary Technical and Vocational Education Research Association of China (TTVERAC) and became a vice director college for its Working Committee for International Joint Education and Exchange during a seminar themed on international joint programs held in Jiangsu province.

The seminar attracted 130 colleges and 200 representatives from domestic and overseas to attend

Prof. Xie Jinling, Director of International Office of QTC, was invited to give a speech titled “Overseas Teachers Training for Higher Vocational Colleges”, introducing the successful practice of QTC's overseas training.

Currently, QTC has gained a variety of achievements and experiences in the faculty overseas training and won a great reputation and appreciation from its peers.

QTC has actively participated in the international education activities and joined a number of international groups, including China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE); China's Vocational Technology Education Foreign Exchange Center; Shandong Province Education International Exchange Association; Qingdao Education International Exchange Association; European Association for International Education (EAIE); Asia-Pacific Association for International Education (APAIE) etc.

TTVERAC is registered as the academic research group in the Ministry of Civil Affairs, which is a branch of the Chinese Association of Higher Education and the Chinese Association of Higher Vocational Technical Education. It is set up in 1985, and made up of 600 members units, which mainly contains the Higher Vocational and Technical Colleges, and some junior colleges, adults’ schools, and privately operated colleges from 30 provinces.
