79 grass-roots administrators,the first batch in 2012, from the city's financial department began their training at QTC on April 23.

VP Xing Guanlu and Director Ren Xiaoling from the municipal financial bureau attended the ceremony held that day.

Hosted by Qingdao Financial Bureau and organized by QTC, the training project is aimed to comprehensively improve the quality of the financial grass-roots administrators of the city, trying to enhance their capacity to better serve the society and local economic development.

During the training session, the trainees will receive special trainings in terms of the macro economic situation and hot issues of the country, communication and etiquette skills, the city's blue economic development plan, financial supervision mechanism, special funds management, debt solution for countryside, administration by law, transparency education, and teamwork spirit building etc.

In the past year, QTC successfully organized 5 consecutive training sessions of this kind, involving 473 trainees from the grass-root administrative departments in the city. While just in the first half of this year, QTC is scheduled to hold 4 more sessions for another 400.
