On April 5th, QTC held a meeting to mobilize its staff to actively prepare for the provincial education assessment to be conducted in October 2012.

After an official announcement of establishment, the college's leading panel introduced the province's assessment in terms of schedule, 3-month advance self-evaluation etc.

President Dr. Shi Zhongjian, the panel leader, in his talk, gave his positive comment on the previously conducted self-evaluation. He also introduced the progress of the college's three major projects being done and the recent government HVE policies.
