On April 1, President Dr. Shi Zhongjian held a special talk with teachers from the college's Leisure Services and Management program, discussing its further development and endeavouring to solve the difficulties encountered.

Listening to the program's report, Dr. Shi acknowledged their efforts to build the college's fledging program, and he also stressed the importance to be farsighted and brave in overcoming the fear ahead. "Qingdao set To Build A Livable & Happy City as its goal, which would surely provide a golden opportunity for QTC's Leisure program", he said, "The college will strongly support the development of its kind."

As for the concrete questions raised by the program teachers, Dr. shi also gave his own suggestions, such as to more highlight its service for golf, launch a wider propaganda campaign via such various ways as blog, weibo, introductory reports etc. For its further development, Dr. Shi required the college's pertinent departments to provide more help to train the program's teaching staff, including dispatching them to attend more sports events, conferences or trainings of high quality, appointing advanced part-time expertise, and continuously enhancing the spirit of teamwork etc.
