On March 21st, Deputy Secretary Liu Jiamin, on behalf of QTC, signed a cooperative agreement with Ms. Chen Xianglin, Chairman of Tianshan College of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, officially beginning the two college's cooperation in terms of train the trainers program, educating modes research, program, curriculum and textbook development, educating system innovation, teaching and administrative experience sharing, and practical training facilities and library resources exchange etc.

Approved by China's Ministry of Education, Tianshan College, also QTC's 11th partnership college in the middle and western regions of the country, is listed one of the 19 Xinjiang vocational colleges to be supported by 30 colleges and universities in the country.
