Organized by the college's Students Affair Department, a series of training activities focusing on students leadership begins in March. Started with an outward bound in the college's Xiaozhu mountain based training base, 48 students undertaking some administrative part-time jobs in their schools or in the college received the training by doing the outdoor activities in teamwork.
