QTC leaders President Shi Zhongjian, Vice President Qin Chuan respectively attend the first sessions of 15th Qingdao's People's Congress and 12th Qingdao Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) on March 25th and 24th.

The two important annual meetings are usually transliterated and known as "Lianghui". President Shi Zhongjian, a deputy to Shandong Provincial People's Congress will observe all the agenda of the meeting, including listening to the report made by mayor of Qingdao and participating in the discussion followed.

As one of the 50 deputies to CPPCC committee in the city's educational world, VP Qin Chuan, in addition to attending all the meetings scheduled, will also put forward his own proposal on promoting the city's vocational development.
