On March 16, QTC and Oracle, a Fortune 500 enterprise, signed an agreement to establish Oracle Education Center at Qingdao Technical College, the first of its kind in Shandong Province and also the company's first one founded with a national exemplary vocational college.

Deputy Secretary Liu Jiamin hosted the signing and launching ceremony while vice president Xing Guanglu, on behalf of QTC, signed the cooperation agreement with Liu Shibo from Oracle.
