On 17th February, as a consecutive delegate in Shandong Province for the fifth year of the 11th Session of NPC, President Dr. Shi Zhongjian joined his Qingdao Delegation to the provincial capital city, Jinan, to begin their the last session of the provincial 11th NPC scheduled from 18th Feb to 24th Feb.

As a delegate from higher vocational education, Dr. Shi stated his opinions in terms of development of Shandong peninsula blue economy and the newly planned economic areas, as well as the coping development of the local higher vocational colleges.

As in his response to the interview by a provincial newspaper, Dr. Shi pointed out, with the increasing awareness on vocational education, "we are getting far more the educators of successors than losers, and we can train our own Steve Jobs."

Prior to his meeting as a NPC delegate in Shandong, Dr. Shi, also as a CPC delegate of the college, attended the 11th CPC Congress of Qingdao from February 9th to 14th, during which he, in various channels, timely conveyed the important information issued by the congress to his staff.
