Presided by Dr. Shi Zhongjian, QTC's first College Affairs Meeting in the new year was held on January 5th.

Aiming at planning the important works they are in charge of in 2012, six college level leaders respectively interpreted their main targets as well as the relevant measures to the 78 attendants on the meeting.

Secretary Tan, in his talks, positively summarized their reports for their pragmatic and innovative working plans.

President Shi

President Shi pointed out at the end of the meeting that the wonderful reports and suggestions had, as it were, reflected the high level of their leadership. QTC's laying its stress on the key and valuable issues rather than on some negative increases in the enrolled student numbers or buildings in the past ten years had brought about what it is today, he further emphasized.

The quarterly held College Affairs Meeting is to plan, discuss or solve the important issues of the college every year. Its attendants usually include the college level leaders, the administrators, and some staff reps.
