QTC was invited as the sole vocational college in China to speak at the China-Poland University Presidents Forum held in Beijing on December, 20th.

The Opening Ceremony

The forum was jointly organized by China's Ministry of Education and Poland's Ministry of Science and Higher Education, and invited the rectors, including VP Qin Chuan, and senior administrators of more than 60 universities from the two countries to discuss student exchanges and research cooperation.

During the panel discussion that afternoon, QTC, on behalf of China's vocational colleges, introduced China's TVET development as well as that of its own. A case study of QTC's successful experience and practice of international cooperation and exchanges was also shared among the present presidents.

The Panel Discussion

Polish President His Excellency, President Bronislaw Komorowski, Madam Barbara Kudrycka, Minister of Science and Higher Education of Poland, Dr. Haoping, Vice Minister of Education of China attended the opening ceremony of the forum.
