Vice President Xing Guanglu, entrusted by President Shi Zhongjian, signed a cooperation memorandum with representatives ofIvy Tech Community Collegeduring her Vocational Education Leadership Training in USA on Dec. 8th.

In accordance with the memo signed, the two colleges, on the basis of friendly consultation and mutual benefits, will firstly cooperate with each other in terms of cultural exchanges, international students, and teaches exchange. Thereupon, the joint programs and mutual credits recognition and transfer will be further explored in the phase followed.

The Indiana based Ivy Tech Community College is the largest state-wide community college with single accreditation in the USA, and it is the state’s largest public post-secondary institution serving nearly 200,000 students a year.
