On Dec. 9th, Secretary Tan Sende, on behalf of QTC, went to see and congratulate Prof. Zhou Jiahui, the curator of the college's Tao Xingzhi Memorial Hall and a latest winner of An Advanced Educator for Caring Younger Generation.

Secretary Tan presented to Professor Zhou the certificate awarded by Qingdao municipal government, and extended his congratulations.

During the cordial talk with Professor Zhou, Secretary Tan said: “It is not hard for a person to do one good deed, but it is really difficult to do it all the life.” He also highly praised Professor Zhou for his dedication spirit to education career.

Professor Zhou Jiahui expressed his warm thanks for the college's care and support. He said he felt gratified for the successful setting up of the Memorial Hall in the college, which would be of great help in carrying on the spirit of Tao Xingzhi, the earliest vocational education pioneer in China.

Inspired by the spirit, Prof. Zhou, together with his team members, continuously goes to the countryside to give their volunteer lessons and offer teaching and studying supplies.
