Recently, the China Ministry of Education (MOE) approved 30 universities and colleges of the country to support 19 vocational colleges in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. According to the recent notice by MOE, QTC is to build a partnership withTianshan College.
The college will further negotiate with Tianshan College and sign a cooperative agreement to assist the training of its students and teachers as well as lifting its ability to serve the local communities.
Founded in 1993, Tianshan College lies in Tianshan District, Xinjiang. Currently, it has more than 3,000 students and 300 teaching staff.
