Contrary to what it has traditionally conducted, QTC begins its 2011 year-end working performance assessment by on-site listening, looking up, inquiring and discussing at its schools and departments.

Focusing on the teaching and training, students management as well as the administrative affairs, the assessment panel, composed of college leaders, department directors, and school deans, had comprehensively appraised all the work of the college's departments and schools during the 4 days assessment beginning from November 28th.

Discussion

According to Personnel Department, the whole assessment work including the one of its staff will be completed at the end of this month.
