On Nov. 24th, QTC held a ceremony to appoint its new student assistants to President, the third batch of its kind since 2009.

VP Qin Chuan, authorized by President Dr. Shi Zhongjian, awarded the appointment letters to the 10 students. In the congratulatory speech, he also gave his hopes to the assistants to work with the spirits of initiative, perseverance, responsibility and accumulation.

Having been strictly selected among their peers, the assistants are hoped to aid QTC president as well as the vice presidents in participating in the management of the college's teaching and student affairs.
