On Nov. 16th, VP Qin Chuan, on behalf of QTC, signed a cooperation framework agreement with Eddied Scully, head of International Affairs Office, Institute of Technology Tralee, Ireland, marking the beginning of the cooperation between the two institutions in terms of programs, teachers and students exchange, scientific research, and international students.

The Signing Ceremony

In the talk following the signing ceremony, VP Qin transferred QTC President's welcome to the Irish guests, and proposed to enhance the two institutions' communication. Eddied Scully, on behalf of his institute, gave their congratulation on QTC's 60th anniversary and talked with School of Tourism and International Cooperation on the cooperating details.
