On occasion of QTC’s 60th anniversary,Stephanie Forsyth, President and CEO of Red River College of Arts, Science and Technology, Canada sent her congratulations to President Dr. Shi Zhongjian and his college. She mentioned in her letter she was very happy with QTC to reach such a momentous milestone, and she also expressed her regrets to be unable to attend the celebration.

President Shi very much appreciated the congratulation and specially held a video talk with President Forsyth on November 3. The two presidents were very pleased to have been cooperating for so many years, and talked for nearly one hour about some important matters in terms of the mutual visiting plan, new cooperative programs etc.
